Leadership Positions
These roles are for mature and experienced individuals who have spent a number of summers at camp and are at least one year out of high school. Roles include: Summer Program Director, Nature Instructor, Farm Coordinator, Bible Instructor, Inclusion Coordinator, SLT Director, TV Director.
Counselors/Activity Leaders
If you have completed our SLT program or have graduated from high school, we have work for you! The summer includes a training week to get you ready for campers and to begin to build that unique camp community, and as many weeks as possible supervising cabins and leading activities.
Servant Leaders-in-Training
Whether or not you have been a TV, if you are finished grade 10 or 11 and want to join our staff team, you are invited to take part in our SLT program. You will get a week of training, as well as an out-trip experience and 2 weeks of supervised experience as counselors, activity leaders and/or supporting roles in the kitchen and farm.
Volunteer/Support Staff
Our camp community is not complete without volunteers who can fill the roles of Health Officer (RN, EMT, MD), Camp Pastor, Maintenance Staff and Kitchen Staff. In fact, we can’t run camp without you! Please consider spending a week or two of your spring and summer with us.
