Sponsor our Banquet

Camps with Meaning is gearing up for our annual Celebration Fundraising Banquets. The proceeds will be going to our campership fund, which helps families afford to send their kids to camp.  This past summer, over 520 campers joined 110 staff & volunteers to run a full complement of programs for children and adults with disabilities.  It was great to be back together at Camp Assiniboia and Camp Koinonia after two years of limited programming due to the pandemic! 

The success of our banquets is contingent on the generous support of sponsors who help cover the cost of meals, the venue and programming.  This support enables banquet guests to contribute directly to the campership fund.

A donation of $300 will sponsor one table.  As a sponsor, you may have your company name and slogan listed in the banquet program and on our overhead screen.  You will also receive an advertising (non-tax deductible) receipt*.  If you are willing to sponsor our event, please reply to this email and include your company logo by October 30^th.  You may also include a slogan of up to 50 characters.

• Saturday, November 4 at Emmanuel Mennonite Church, Winkler
• Sunday, November 5 at Douglas Mennonite Church, Winnipeg

 The evening highlights include:  Full course meal and dessert, Music, Camp Ministry updates and news.  We would love to see you there!
